## Standard Return Policy (Unused Items)

At TimeHalt, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item.

**Eligibility Requirements:**
- Item must be in original condition
- Unworn or unused with all tags attached
- Original packaging included
- Receipt or proof of purchase required

**Return Process:**

2. Wait for our approval confirmation
3. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions
4. Ship your item back to us using the provided label

**Important Note:** Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

**Refund Timeline:**
- We'll notify you once your return is inspected and approved
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund

- No time limitations - our guarantee lasts for the lifetime of your product
- No exceptions to the buyback policy

**Buyback Terms:**
- Minimum 50% of your original purchase price as store credit
- Store credit is issued to your TimeHalt customer account
- Requires proof of purchase
- Not convertible to cash or bank transfers (for verification and security purposes)

**Buyback Process:**

2. Include your order information and brief item description
3. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions
4. Ship your item back using the provided label

**Optional Pickup Service:**
- We can arrange pickup of your item for a nominal fee
- Availability and charges will be communicated during processing

**Buyback Credit Timeline:**
- Your buyback credit will be issued within 24 hours of our receiving and accepting your return

## Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at contact@timehalt.com right away with photos so we can make it right.

## Liability Limitations

TimeHalt processes all buyback requests in good faith and based on the information provided by the requestor. We are not liable for fraudulent claims, identity theft, or unauthorized requests made by individuals impersonating legitimate customers. Store credits issued through our buyback program are non-transferable and issued solely to the original purchaser's account.

In accordance with standard commercial practice, TimeHalt is not liable for delays or inability to fulfill our guarantees due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials (collectively "Force Majeure events").

## European Union Compliance

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Standard return conditions apply (original condition, tags attached, original packaging).
