## SHIPPING FOR RETURNED ITEMS
For standard returns of unused items, we provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
For buyback program returns, we provide return shipping labels. Alternatively, we can arrange pickup services for a nominal fee, which will be communicated during the buyback process.
## DELIVERY ISSUES
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package if possible and contact us immediately. If you've already accepted the package and discovered damage to the contents, please contact our customer service within 24 hours.
In the rare event that your package is reported as delivered by the carrier but you haven't received it, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours.
